Please call for a quick appointment! Our immigration physicals are a two-step process. Your first visit is to collect your vaccination record and review it and inform you of any vaccines or titers you may require. That along with the required government testing will conclude your first visit. You return seven days later for your physical appointment and leave with your sealed immigration packet. Please note, although we can be of assistance at your first visit with translation, someone fluent in English and your language will need to accompany you to the physical visit.
